HAOTIAN SHI
Growing up under the shade of banyan trees and the concrete walls of a late 90s cantonese worker’s compound, I witnessed the encroachment of urbanization on traditional ways of life and how the tides of time swept everyone’s fate along. During my undergraduate years, I spent four years by the shores of Santa Barbara, listening to the whispers of the waves. In my graduate studies, I pondered the future of sustainable development, ESG, and decarbonization amidst the concrete jungle of Manhattan. And now, in the vibrant city of Shenzhen, I immerse myself in the industry I love, carving out a path where innovation and tradition converge.
My life has often been clumsy and fraught with mishaps, but I am striving to become the person I aspire to be. I hope you, too, can become the person you wish to be.
